Bandai Namco has announced that Dark Souls III has sold over 3 million copies worldwide.
In a recent press release, translated by Gematsu, the company said 500,000 units have shipped in Japan and Asia, 1.5 million in North America, and 1 million in Europe.
In addition, this means shipments of the series as a whole have surpassed 13 million.
Dark Souls III launched worldwide last month, and quickly became Bandai Namco America’s fastest-selling game in the company’s history. Apparently though, one in 10 players on PC haven’t reached Dark Souls III’s first bonfire.
