The official trailer for Mr. Robot’s second season was released today during NBC’s 2016 upfront conference presentation. It can be seen below.
The newest trailer, which offers the best look yet at the storyline for the hacker-centric show’s sophomore season, sees the return of quite a few characters. Mr. Robot (Christian Slater) is back and berating Elliot (Rami Malek) about what occurred when he went missing after the fsociety attacks in the first season.
There’s no rest for the wicked, either, as Mr. Robot warns Elliot that there’s more work to be done — a sentiment echoed by fsociety member Darlene, who insists that the hacker group must finish taking down the greedy corporations around the world.
The second season of the series is set to debut July 13 at 9 p.m. ET on the USA Network.
