UPDATE: Moments after publishing the story, an EA representative got back to us officially confirming this new project as a sequel to Unravel.
Electronic Arts will be working with Unravel developer, Coldwood Interactive’s on their next game.
EA announced their intentions via an official blog post stating that they "love working with creative and passionate development teams, in our own studios and our partners." A story from Polygon reports that this is indeed a sequel to the acclaimed platformer. We’ve reached out for confirmation, and will update this story with any further info.
