Pre-Order the Xbox One S FIFA 17 Bundles
The bundles are “packed with everything a soccer enthusiast needs to get ready for the season.”
Amped for the next installment of the FIFA franchise and also happen to be in the market for a new Xbox? Microsoft and EA have just the thing.
The companies on Tuesday announced two new Xbox One S FIFA 17 bundles, which will be available in the US, Europe, Australia, New Zealand, and Canada beginning Sept. 22.
The bundles are “packed with everything a soccer enthusiast needs to get ready for the season” — a full-game download of FIFA 17, plus three “ultimate team loan legends” exclusive to Xbox, one month of EA Access, and either a 500GB or 1TB hard drive Xbox One S.
The 500GB version will set you back $299 while the 1TB option is priced at $349, and they’re available for pre-order now. Those who purchase the 1TB version will also get a rare player pack.
With EA Access, you can start playing FIFA 17 as soon as you get the bundle on Sept. 22. For those keeping track, that’s a full five days before the game officially launches.
First unveiled in June, the Xbox One S nabbed an “excellent” 4.5-star rating in PCMag’s review, earning high marks for its small size compared to the original Xbox One, increased storage options, redesigned controller, and ability to play Ultra HD Blu-ray discs. On the down side, we mentioned that 4K video streaming is not yet available, games aren’t upconverted to 4K, and it lacks a Kinect port.
