The new console will support HDR10 and 4K media streaming.
The PlayStation 4 Pro will not play 4K Blu-Rays. This was confirmed to IGN by a PlayStation representative at the PlayStation Meeting in New York City.
Announced earlier today, the PS4 Pro has a boosted CPU clock rate, a 1 terabyte hard drive, and more than double the power of the PS4 GPU. It will support HDR10, as well 4K streaming from a new Netflix App, as well as a YouTube app that’s currently in development.
The PS4 Pro will be available on November 10, 2016 for $399. The following games will have HDR and 4K support:

- Deus Ex: Mankind Divided
- Rise of the Tomb Raider
- Days Gone
- Watch Dogs 2
- Farpoint
- Horizon Zero Dawn
- Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare
- Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare Remastered
- Call of Duty: Black Ops III
- FIFA 17
- Battlefield 1
- Mass Effect Andromeda
- Dishonored 2
- Final Fantasy XV
