A virtual reality Dishonored experience is being considered by Arkane, as revealed to Games Radar by Dishonored 2’s level designer, Christophe Carrier.
"We’re thinking about it," Carrier told Games Radar, even calling the idea a "level design dream." He does stress that if it were to happen, it wouldn’t be a port of Dishonored 1 or 2, but rather an original experience tailored to virtual reality.
"Your only transportation or mobility would be Blink," Carrier explained, referring to one of the series’ signature powers that allows for quick teleportation. "And you wouldn’t have all the fatalities because they are animated and you don’t want to do that because you’re going to throw up!"
