Luigi can be unlocked by just purchasing a house called “Luigi’s House.” The house will become available after you have collected 150 Green Toads, and 150 Purple Toads in the “Toad Rally” mode!

Again, much like Luigi and Yoshi, Toadette can be had by purchasing a house called “Toadette’s House.” The house will become available after you have collected 200 Red Toads, 200 Blue Toads, and 200 Green Toads in the “Toad Rally” mode!
