Spellbind Studios needs beta testers for their game Rogue Wizards. Originally released on Steam, they’re bringing it iOS, and it looks like it’ll be a great fit for the platform. This is a an isometric roguelike-inspired turn-based dungeon crawler, where you explore various procedrually-generated dungeons. Along the way, you’ll get upgrdes, and help build up your town sanctuary. There are 18 different spells across six schools of magic to upgrade, with six pets and some NPCs to help you out along the way.
This concept reminds me a bit of Sproggiwood [$2.99] with the town-building and approachable feel, if not being ‘casual’. But there is going to be a Gauntlet mode with dungeons that keep getting harder, also featuring permadeath.
