Warbits [$3.99] is a really fun take on the classic Advance Wars formula, and we really enjoyed it in our review when it came out about a year go. If you’ve been enjoying the game, prepare for more content because the developers will release update 1.2 around midnight today. This new patch brings a new (challenging) Challenge Mode, 30 new missions equally spread across Skirmish, Puzzle, and Veteran missions (the latter unlock once you get platinum in the 10 Skirmish missions), iOS 10 iMessage invite support that will help you set up custom games with your friends, and the usual tweaks and fixes.
The 1.2 update marks Warbits‘ first year anniversary, so the developers will also drop the game’s price from $3.99 down to .99 cents. So, here’s your chance to grab it for cheap if you don’t already own it. Once the sale is over, the game is going to go up to $4.99, so grab it while you can.
