The long-rumored and discussed character Doomfist is now live in Overwatch’s Public Test Region, Blizzard announced today.
After a tease earlier this week, which also explained previously added damage to various parts of Overwatch’s Numbani map, Doomfist has been made playable as the latest hero to join Overwatch’s lineup. The newest playable hero can deal ranged damage via his primary attack, the Hand Cannon, and slam into the ground and knock enemies into the air via his secondary attack, Rocket Punch. And in the midst of battle, Doomfist can unleash his ultimate ability, Meteor Strike, to launch into the air and crash back down to earth.
