The update features a three-control point map made by Valve.

Valve is celebrating the 10-year anniversary of Team Fortress 2 with a massive, multi-day update.

As detailed by Valve, the first part of the update in Jungle Inferno features six new maps. One of the maps, called Mercenary Park, is a jungle-themed three-control point map developed in-house by Valve. Check out an animated trailer for the new update below.

The other five community-created maps are Brazil (King of the Hill), Banana Bay (Payload Race), Enclosure (Payload), Lazarus (King of the Hill) and Mossrock (Attack/Defend). Also included are seven emotes, such as Yeti Punch, Dueling Banjos, and the Soviet Strongarm. The update will roll out over the course of this week.

Valve is expected to reveal more information about the Day 2, 3, and 4 updates later this week.

Several female character concept designs for Team Fortress 2 that never made it to the full game were recently unveiled and earlier this year Valve patched a 10-year-old TF2 bug.
