The Switch version is out in late June and will cost $60 USD.

Wolfenstein II: The New Colossus is coming to Nintendo Switch on June 29, Bethesda announced today.

The Switch version of the memorable shooter will cost $60 USD and utilize the console’s unique motion controls, much like the previously released Switch version of Doom.

Wolfenstein II for Switch was developed by Panic Button, the studio behind the Switch ports of Doom and Rocket League, with “guidance from MachineGames.” MachineGames senior game designer Andreas Öjerfors previously called the studio “experts” at developing for both Switch and id Tech 6, the engine used to create Wolfenstein II.

The critically lauded sequel was initially released last October on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC. The Switch version was announced a month earlier during a Nintendo Direct.

IGN’s Wolfenstein II review called it a “fantastic single-player shooter” with a “fantastically written and acted story.” For more, read what Bethesda’s Pete Hines had to say about the future of Bethesda games on Switch.
