If you manage to make your leader a Warlord, here are the following missions that you will need to complete in order to complete your community:

And here are the following facility perks of being a Warlord:

• Upgraded Barracks – Allows for 8 beds but comes with a Morale penalty.
• Armory – Crafts ammunition, military explosives, any ammo types, and high tier explosives.
