Todd Howard’s newest open-world RPG is here.
Bethesda Game Studios has revealed its ‘next-gen’ game, Starfield.
Since at least E3 2016, Todd Howard has been discussing two major projects Bethesda has been developing that he expected players would see before The Elder Scrolls VI. First calling them “different than anything we’ve done before,” Howard later told IGN those two projects were “bigger than anything we’ve done” before
A Bethesda job listing previously revealed the studio is working on a “bleeding-edge AAA freemium” game. Players have long expected a sci-fi open-world RPG in the vein of Fallout or The Elder Scrolls, often referred to as “Starfield,” though no official usage of that word has previously come from Bethesda.
