Pre-orders come with Dragon Ball Z Super Butoden

Arc System Works’ fighting game Dragon Ball FighterZ is coming to Nintendo Switch on Sept. 28 in the Americas, publisher Bandai Namco confirmed today. The Switch version of the game was revealed at E3 last week, but without a specific release date.

Bandai Namco is offering a new pre-order incentive exclusive to the Switch version: a downloadable copy of Dragon Ball Z: Super Butoden, the Super Famicom fighting game that was released in Japan in 1993. Bandai Namco says that Super Butoden for Switch will be the classic Japanese version of the game.

Pre-orders will also come with early access to SSGSS Goku and Vegeta in Dragon Ball FighterZ.

Dragon Ball FighterZ was originally released in January for PlayStation 4, Windows PC and Xbox One, and has since gone on to find a wide audience. The game will be featured at this year’s Evo fighting game tournament in July, and appears to be the most popular game of the event.
