After being acquired by Microsoft last year, Hellblade developers Ninja Theory have its first Xbox exclusive to show off.

As revealed during Microsoft’s E3 2019 press conference, Hellblade debuted Bleeding Edge, a 4v4 third-person melee combat game. The game has been several years in the making, started before the company was acquired by Microsoft. It uses a hero shooter-like approach like Overwatch, but with a variety of punkish-like characters.

A technical alpha will be available June 27, and the game will be available on Xbox Game Pass and Xbox Game Pass Ultimate when it launches.

Microsoft announced it acquired Ninja Theory at E3 2018, alongside several other studios to develop exclusives for the Xbox One. You can also read IGN’s review of Hellblade: Senua’s Sacrifice, Ninja Theory’s last multiplatform release.
