How close are we getting to the upcoming Crisis on Infinite Earths crossover? Close enough that The CW has released a ton of photos from the event, showing all kinds of special surprises that are in store, from multiple Supermen to our first look at Kevin Conroy as a live-action Bruce Wayne.
In all, nearly 30 photos have been released from the first two installments of the five-part Crisis event–the Supergirl and Batwoman episodes. In them, which you can check out below, everyone from the Green Arrow to Kingdom Come Superman can be seen in the battle to save the multiverse. There’s even the first look at Tom Welling’s return to the DC Comics universe as Clark Kent, a role he originally played on Smallville.
It’s also worth noting Clark Kent (Tyler Hoechlin) and Lois Lane (Elizabeth Tulloch) can be seen in a photo, cradling their newborn child. It was previously reported that a spin-off featuring the two was being developed for The CW. Perhaps the seeds for that spin-off will be planted during the crossover.
The Crisis on Infinite Earths crossover kicks off with Supergirl on December 8. It will then continue in episodes of Batwoman and The Flash before the Arrow-verse goes on hiatus. It then concludes on January 14 with back-to-back episodes of Arrow and Legends of Tomorrow.
