As Christmas nears, retailers continue to roll out last-minute deals to entice shoppers who may not have checked everyone off their lists just yet. Barnes and Noble is one of those retailers, and you’ll want to take notice if you’re shopping for comic book reader. Graphic novels published by DC, Marvel, and Image Comics are buy two, get one free through December 30.
Considering the sale includes books from three of the largest graphic novel publishers, there’s obviously a lot to choose from. For those just getting into graphic novels, Alan Moore’s groundbreaking Watchmen is a great place to start, especially with the excellent HBO series just reaching its conclusion.
Marvel fans can enjoy a wide-ranging selection of books starring some of the most popular superheroes. For instance, you can grab Saladin Ahmed’s Miles Morales: Spider-Man Vol. 1, which would make a great gift for fans of Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse. Phase three of the MCU wrapped earlier this year, but you can relive the Infinity Saga in The Infinity Gauntlet, which tells a different story of the struggle with Thanos.
There’s also a number of Barnes and Noble-exclusive editions, including Batman: Damned, Superman: Year One, and DCeased, which chronicles the apocalypse in the DC universe.
