A New Star Wars Movie Is Being Developed And It’s Not Rian Johnson’s

While the future of Star Wars is alive and well on Disney+ thanks to The Mandalorian, Star Wars: Clone Wars, and the upcoming Obi-Wan Kenobi series, the franchise’s big-screen projects are a bit more uncertain. The former Game of Thrones showrunners are no longer working on their own Star Wars movie, while The Last Jedi director Rian Johson’s long-gestating Star Wars films have still never materialized.
