Longtime Indiana Jones director Steven Spielberg is no longer leading Indy 5, according to Variety.
No one is confirmed to be taking Spielberg’s place as director of Indiana Jones 5 for the moment, but it seems James Mangold (Ford v Ferrari, Logan) is in talks to take the job. Spielberg, meanwhile, will remain as a hands-on producer.
This doesn’t change Harrison Ford’s role in Indiana Jones 5.
